I'm on a mission to provide my community with a space for mental, physical, spiritual, and self empowerment. With my formal coach training and certifications, 15 years as a banking executive, and over 30 years as a spiritual practitioner and leader, I bring a real-world and culturally aligned spiritual approach to coaching.
